REGISTRATION STEPS (please print them for reference before you start):
1) Create an account (either through the registration process or go to “Login” and select “Createan Account”) – this should be one per family as players show up later as additional “members” in your account. Parent/Guardian creates the account.
Select the registration type above (Boys, Girls, Coed). Then select the appropriate group. (Note – if you are requesting that your player “play up” to an older age group – see the Club’s policy and procedure on the “Forms” tab of the home page). If the player is returning, please enter the Player Pass Number provided at the end of the last season. Please note you can register multiple players and check out at once at the end.
Please only register your child for the COMP option, if you have been notified by the coach that he or she is on the team and have been given a team code.
2) Assign the registration to a player (or select “create a new person to add” and complete the player-specific information). PLEASE MAKE SURE TO REGISTER THE CHILD USING THEIR NAME AS IT APPEARS ON THEIR BIRTH CERTIFICATE.
3) Once you have assigned all your players and select check out. This will now take you to a number of screens where you can finish the registration process.
4) Once you have signed all the waivers you can mail a check to the club for the registration fees (make sure to list the player’s name and the age group e.g. “Johnny Soccer U8” in the memo line). PAYPAL will be coming soon for your added convenience.
5) If your child did not play soccer at IYSA Fall 2008 or Spring 2009, please mail a copy of their birth certificate to the Club Registrar to IYSA- Birth Verification, PO Box 33612, Indialantic, FL 32903 or email a scanned copy to iysabirthcertificate@yahoo.com
6) If you or someone in your family would like to volunteer as Coach, Assistant Coach or Team parent, these options will be made available to you at the time of registration. Once you have volunteered online, fill out a volunteer form and make a copy of your driver’s license. Email both to iysacoachapps@yahoo.com. They will be forwarded to FYSA for background check and assignment of a Volunteer Number. These forms must be filled out every Fall.
